Bought these last year and clipped 2 times on ponies. I just pulled them out to use this year and the blades stop cutting 1/2 way thru a hairy pony, guess I’ll have to go spend more money and buy more blades let’s hope that’s all that’s wrong, I did pay over $200 for this set with the case. The first two clips last year cut great, they are pretty quiet and when they do cut they are nice like a knife on butter. Also they come with a very long cord.

These are the worst clippers we have ever used. . Disappointed when we attempted to use them to clip two small mini horses that had a clean and brushed out coat. Don’t waste your time a money.

I own dairy goats. These have been better than other brands I used to buy.

We have a donkey who does not shed out & we have to clip said matted donkey every summer. The past 2 summers I used cheap rechargeable clippers I purchased online. They were convenient to clip her as she was grazing because she’s not a willing participant. But they don’t really work after single use on our donkey & we are throwing away money. These were an impulse purchase because the heat was sweltering & she was past time to be clipped. They aren’t the cheapest but not the most expensive. When we started the job I wasn’t impressed & thought I’d give them 2 stars. But as it went along & found our rhythm working with her hair, we were quite impressed with these little clippers. Yes, it took awhile because the clippers are small, but they weren’t loud, didn't get extremely hot & have a nice long cord. They clipped smoothly & she looked great when we finished. I can’t speak to how well they hold up after multiple uses, because we only use clippers one time a year to shave the donkey. But they did the job & I hope they hold up for years to come.
