    Took me a while to decide on what 2 cycle oil to run in my chainsaw. This had the best all around package (that I could find) when considering the price, ratings, detergents, and fuel stabilizers. I also use this VP oil because it burns clean enough that I don’t get as much respiratory consequences as I seem to be sensitive. I also like the red dye it has to insure you did indeed mix it. It’s readily available locally for me at a good price. There’s a lot of great oil out there, but this checked all the boxes for me.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Frustrating bottle

    This seems like a good oil for my chainsaw, it runs well and no carbon buildup. The problem I am having is the mixing bottle, I have used similar types before, but this one has me stymied, I cannot, in any way, get oil over into the measuring side. I have tried rotating it in all directions, loosening the caps, etc. I will just have to measure it out the old-fashioned way I suppose, no need for a fancy bottle that will not work.

    Bought the 16oz size. I thought the built in measure cup was cool. I was WAY WRONG. No instructions makes for a piece of shit. NEVER buy this again.

    ran good in my echo, but I got tired of mixing, so I changed over to the premix. all brands ran well, but I wound up with trufuel. since I'm on a budget now, I'm going back to mixing. was thinking about going with red armor but changed back to VP. gonna run non ethanol gas this time around, even though I don't have to, where as before, I ran 92 octane with 10% ethanol.. started on the 3rd pull.
