It works well to clean the ear. The antaceptic smell I don't care for. However it helps make it more tolerable and the second step that helps dry the access moisture, my dog enjoyed. Running my finger around the inside base of his ear seemed soothing to my dog.

I’ve been using this brand for years and seems to work great. I like to use the system after a bath to keep the ears dry to prevent ear infections on all 3 of my pups and it’s been working like a charm !
