Good finished product, some items damaged

Overall, I’m happy with the finished product, but the ordering and delivery experience left a lot to be desired.
I placed my order on June 7, 2026, with an estimated delivery date of June 14. Five of the six boxes arrived between June 13 and June 16, but the sixth package was apparently damaged during shipping and returned to the vendor before it ever reached me. Unfortunately, I had to contact Tractor Supply customer service just to get the replacement process started.
Over the next few weeks, I contacted customer service seven more times trying to get updates on the missing package. The representatives were always friendly and courteous, but most of the communication amounted to blaming the vendor and promising follow-up that rarely happened. One representative did stand out by following through with email updates, and I appreciated her effort. The replacement package finally arrived on July 3, nearly three weeks after the original estimated delivery date.
To make matters worse, two of the pieces I did receive had chipped or damaged wood. After everything I had already gone through to get the missing box replaced, I decided it wasn’t worth starting another return process.
As for the product itself, assembly wasn’t bad with two people. There are a lot of small pieces, so expect it to take some time, but the instructions were manageable and the finished product seems solid. We’re happy with the overall quality despite the minor damage.
My biggest complaint isn’t the product—it’s the lack of communication and coordination between Tractor Supply and the vendor. I honestly believe that if I hadn’t been persistent with repeated phone calls, the replacement shipment would have taken even longer. If the shipping and customer service process were improved, I would have rated this much higher.

The gazebo it self is very nice. I was shorted one roof panel and when asked for a replacement they can not tell me when one will ship or how long it will take. Unfortunately realized count was off by 1 as we were on last 2 roofing panels.
