Buyer Beware! The description offered by Veikous is almost as misleading as the directions they give for their product. Boasting about their “high-quality” “natural wood”, the only thing that comes natural to the wood they provided is the chipping and cracking from the poor quality pressed cardboard/glued sawdust aka wood they gave me. The items received were riddled with cosmetic chips, and one main support beam was split down the middle. Due to the damages I requested replacement parts, that I have yet to recieve, and I purchased the item almost a month ago. Regardless of how many times I spoke to representatives at Tractor Supply, the vendor dragged their feet to provide any feed back on a resolution. Con Delivery The kit will come in 6 boxes, they shipped the first one out within 4 days, it took an additional 5 days to get the remaining packages. I inspected all of the items (which would’ve been easier if they were in order with the directions). Take account of all damages and make a claim immediately if you decide to purchase so that you can actually finish your project. Replacement pieces can take upwards of one to two weeks to arrive. Con Assembly Make sure that you review the pictures thoroughly before attempting to assemble, especially which way drill holes are facing, or you risk having to disassemble everything! Make sure that you take a significant amount of time to prep every bolt and screw that require washers or plastic washers (500+). There is not a singular part on the gazebo that requires less then three separate pieces (on average 5) to assemble, highly recommend a cordless power drill and rachet wrench set! Con Quality Vs Price I would highly recommend spending the extra $400 bucks and getting a different gazebo, as expect that I will have to constantly repair items on this one with actual “natural” wood. If you decide to purchase, get the warranty for + $200. Pro The stain color is nice, but as I came to find out good luck matching it! I have never purchased something this poor of quality from Tractor Supply and am a firm believer that this vendor is not an accurate representative of their business. Very poor directions and packaging. Metal roof was delivered with multiple dents and dings. The wood beams are hallow and over not great quality.
