⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I purchased the Santa Cruz zeolite supplement for a horse recovering from OCD surgery. My veterinarian recommended adding a zeolite supplement to his program to support bone regeneration and healing around the OCD lesions. It is still too early for me to say how much of a difference the supplement itself has made since we will need follow-up radiographs to really evaluate his bone healing, but so far I have been very happy with the product. The biggest thing I noticed immediately is how palatable it is. My horse eats it without hesitation, which makes adding another supplement to his recovery program much easier. I also chose Santa Cruz because it was considerably more affordable than a similar product from a well known competitor. Ordering was easy and shipping was very quick. My only complaint is the packaging. When I opened the shipping box, the bag was pierced almost immediately, and I ended up having to transfer the supplement into other containers. That was frustrating and a bit of a pain, especially with a brand-new bag of product. I would really like to see sturdier packaging or a container that protects the product better during opening and storage. Otherwise, I am very pleased so far. Once we have follow-up radiographs, I will have a much better idea of how his bone healing is progressing and plan to update my review then.
