Do not buy this product ! The unit had the idler pulley bolt break the second time I used it. Now it has totally quit running after 6 uses . It now has the valves stuck and needs the cylinder head replaced costing $1300
Talked to 5 different customer service reps and they will not repair under warranty. Claim since it has tarnish around the valves they will not repair. The unit has never been ran on old fuel but just an excuse to say it's not under warranty. L

Worst Mower Ever

Unless you just have $3000 lying around you want to throw away don't waste your money buying this mower. It was one of the worst mistakes I have made. It has been nothing but a problem since it was purchased. We bought it a year ago at the end of the season. It has been used six times. The first time it quit it sat at a dealer's for 3 weeks for them to put a new bolt in the idler pulley on the deck. This time it is totally broke down and will need the head and valve replaced which will cost $1300 because Troy Bilt won't honor the warranty. They are trying to say it is because we haven't done maintenance on the mower. We have talked to five different people at customer service and they are absolutely no help. They are definitely not from America so get ready to have a really hard time understanding them tell you no! I will not ever buy another product from Troy Bilt and will advise everyone I know to stay away. The best thing that could happen to them would be for them to go bankrupt and have to shut down!

Great mower, great performance, and a great invest

I am very pleased with my Z42 Zero-Turn Mower. From the first time I used it, I could tell that it was built to make mowing easier and more efficient.
The zero-turn steering makes it easy to maneuver around trees, flower beds, fences, and other areas that can be difficult to reach with a traditional mower. It handles my yard very well and helps me get the job done in much less time.
I also appreciate the comfort and ease of operation. The mower has plenty of power, cuts the grass evenly, and gives my yard a clean, professional-looking appearance.
Overall, I am very happy with my Z42. It has made maintaining my yard much easier, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable zero-turn mower.
