Absolutely the worst lump charcoal I've ever bought. Last bag of lump charcoal in the store so had to get this. Opened the bag and it was basically the size of firewood. I would not recommend to anyone. And I love Tractor Supply.

Behaves like .. mesquite lump charcoal

The bags contained small to medium sized pieces that looked like parts of branches. Dump into kamado and light works fine. When burning it has the perfumy smell of mesquite, and does spark/pop when very hot with vents wide open . There wasn't anything in the bag like rocks or cans that doesn't belong in a bag of charcoal. The best feature is that its usually less than $1/lb.
