    Great Wood Chunks

    I used these in my pellet smoker for a New Years Day turkey roast. The chunks were just the right size to fit in the small wood bin in my Camp Chef smoker. The wood smoke was perfect for the turkey and all of our guests loved the fruity smoked flavor!
