This 2-in-1 Tow Tuff Cargo Carrier with Bike Rack is perfect for a variety of hauling needs. The cargo carrier with bike rack measures 27 in. x 62 in. x 3 in. deep, which gives you plenty of room to take care of a variety of different loads. The unique design of this cargo carrier and bike rack allows it to function as a cargo carrier or as a bike rack by simply removing the pins to turn the bike rack into a cargo carrier. When using the carrier as a bike rack, the adjustable wheel holder and tie-down holes secure the bike(s) in place. With ample room for 4 bikes, this bike rack is the perfect size. Missing several parts

It appeared like a well-built rack, but it was missing the most critical parts, the tire supports. I returned for a full refund and this is certainly no fault of tractor supply. When I received it I could tell that the box had been opened and resealed before. Probably where the missing parts problem started.

Decent value for the money, but you get which you

I bought this mainly to use to transport a heavy fat tire E bike and the bike’s motorcycle-style side car. Because my bike is a little unique, a standard or typical bike rack won’t work.
The car rack is lightweight and feels pretty sturdy. From an overall quality perspective, it’s OK. The paint is already chipped, so I will need to keep an eye on it for possible rust overtime. Other than that, though, it seems like it should be pretty durable.
Assembly was a pain. There are very few parts and only 20 bolts, but assembling it was still a challenge because the instructions are printed in 3- point blurry font and aren’t very descriptive. I recommend taking a photo of each page of the instructions and sending that photo to a laptop so you can expand the image.
