- A: Hi Neighbor- Attach Tough1 Jingle Bob Spurs by fitting the heel band onto the spur ledge of your boot with the shanks pointing downward and the buckle positioned on the outside of the ankle. Secure them using leather spur straps, threading them through the top branch, under the heel, and through the bottom branch.4 months agoHelpful?
