I was not too sure if my cordless Ryobi weed eater would be strong enough to use this and it did exactly what I needed it to do. I was tilling soil that had been tilled in the past and it tilled it up so easily. I tried it in my raised garden beds and it was comfortable to till. (I'm close to retirement age) Next I tried it on some ground that had not been tilled and it struggled to go a half an inch or should I say I struggled holding it as it bounced up and down. However, after an inch of rain the clay soil was more manageable to till for planting grass seed. If the ground has been tilled before this is great to loosen the soil and if the ground is clay like mine then this would be a pass.

Does exactly what I wanted it to. Great for my flower beds. A little heavier than expected but well balanced when using it. Has a lot of power. Perfect for a 71 year old. Push a button and away we go.
