The grass deflector must be spring-loaded in the down position, so when you lift the deflector up, it should snap into the full-down position. First time with a zero turn

I bought this a month ago and i am still learning.
I drive slow still and driving next to the curb freaks me out some. It is difficult in tight places and Even MORE so with the bagger on it.
I have only driven it 3 times so still learning.
I do love it though, after 40+ years with a push mower with a pull start, i was DONE with that. I wanted an electric start and NOT an electric mower, 3 year battery life at 399 a pop.....no thank you.

Recycler kit

I added the Toro recycler kit to my Toro time cutter, what a mess .. left cuttings, all over.
I mowed the grass day before w/o the kit.
Maybe I did it wrong.
New blades, baffler, same height.
Maybe it’s me?
