Package arrived double packed. I like that, if the shipping box is damaged the contents are not. Once opened I found each company individually wrapped and sealed, and in excellent condition. After verifying all parts were there and reading all instructions I started the process. It seemed more involved than it actually was. The entire process took less than an hour and could have been done faster. I’m thorough and check everything twice. Solid and easy to use! After a couple of weeks of use I’m impressed with the ease of connecting and switching implements.

One of the main hitch pins was missing. The product was sealed in a plastic bag from the factory, so it was never there when it left the factory. Pretty hard to use without that pin!
