- A: Customer Owned tanks are acceptable for exchange in our Welding Gas to Go! locations, leased or rented tanks are not acceptable. Customer will sign a Customer Ownership Acknowledgement Form, stating that the tank they are exchanging is owned by them. - A: Hi there, Per the vendor: That is the exchange SKU for a straight argon #4. So this is the SKU that a customer would be charged if they exchanged their customer owned #4 Straight argon cylinder. This sku would also be charged to the customer along with SKU 3806578 (#4 ARGON Cylinder) if they did not have a customer owned tank to exchange and they wanted to purchase a new cylinder. All cylinders in the Thoroughbred cages are composed of 2 SKU’s. The cylinder and the content.3 years agoHelpful?

Well, good luck if you need it. It's never there. I'd pass if you haven't already screwed up and bought a tank. If you did screw up and buy a tank, like my #4, then goooooood luck gettin it. The gas is fine if you can get it.pure as the driven snow. Now I'm just trying to satisfy Ai and you could've stopped reading at "gooooood luck". Its precise and the capacity is consistent for shielding my welds. Later

Big miss

Charging a $19 exchange fee for my new tank for your outrageously overpriced gas (over 3x more than local gas suppliers) is down right ridiculous. Add that to the constant lack of availability and I don’t know why anyone bothers with this.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I am so sorry that happened. All Full tanks will have an orange tamper evident device in place around the valve, to indicate the tank is full. Going forward, as long as the tank has that it should be full.
