- A: Thank you for your question, Thoroughbred Industrial Cylinder Exchange is a customer owned program so you may exchange other customer owned cylinders. We do require that size 4 Acetylene, size 5 Oxygen, and size 6 Shielding Gas be Thoroughbred cylinders to exchange but all other sizes can be universally exchanged as long as they are customer owned and well maintained. - A: What is the CGA of your Regulator? The tank has a CGA 520. If you have a regulator with the CGA 300 (female), you will need a Western 319 adaptor, if your regulator has a CGA 510 ( male) you will need a Western 317 adaptor.6 years agoHelpful?

- A: Some of our tanks are DOT, and some are UN/ISO, which is equivalent, and perhaps arguably superior to DOT. if you would like more information on DOT vs. UN/ISO, please feel free to reach us at 1-877-GASPONY.
