We do ship empty cylinders to stores, but not hazmat gases. Those are only available through our Welding Gas to Go! cages, due to the hazardous nature and safe handling of those tanks. - A: Hello, to answer your question, yes you can still exchange your cylinder in regard to expiration date long as. It's in good condition to tractor supply standards and pay the exchange fee. Nothing! I bought this tank for almost $500 and its never no gases around the state for 50-100 miles!
