I have a 5 pound Yorky and I got the extra extra small fits perfect and I have a 10 pound Yorky and I got extra small for him and it fits perfect so they do run one size down but I love them

Best harness we’ve found! No adjustable straps to get loose or stuck - just put the front paws in, Velcro & snap closed, then go. We bought XS for our 9lb Shih Tzu. Our former, larger Shih Tzu needed a S (M when her fur was long in the winter). Durable and washable!
