Made with breathable, soft, padded mesh, these harnesses have a Velcro strap around the back, plus a strong snap clasp to keep your dog secure. Harness for Small Dog

Very good quality. Medium size fits our 17-lb Bichon Frise nicely. One minor glitch - the noise of the velcro closure frightens her when we undo it. We reassure her that it is okay and we hope she adapts as we continue to use this harness.
