Waterproof Zipper Duck Boots

Ordered them for the warmth advertised & to be waterproof was a huge selling feature.
Plus the price point for a boot of this quality was excellent, under $50
But even though I ordered a 1/2 size larger than my 11
( ordered a 11.5)
They would not zip up over the front of my ankle, making them useless for my body & design.
TSC was very helpful , as I tried them on in store & was not stuck with them
