Ok once fixed

It is poorly built, the stinger part was welded on crooked and I had to have a welding shop, cut it off and attach it straight. The stinger was also about 5 to 6 inches too short for a roll of wire to clear when it rotated. After spending another 100 dollars on it, it worked pretty well.

Looks like a sturdy device. Purchased in December, I don't do fences in the winter unless I have to so I have not used this. Spring will tell if it is a useful tool
