Rusted after first use. Tough to feel good about using a rusty skimmer to clear floaters out of your maple sap/syrup.

Best used in larger syrup making set ups.

Nice quality product, unfortunately, too large to use with my current set up. I didn't note the size of it and it was too large to effectively skim my smaller pots.
