Surolan Otic Suspension for Dogs is a medicine used for treating ear infections in dogs. It's formulated with prednisolone, miconazole and polymyxin B, making it effective against yeast, fungal and bacterial infections. Surolan can also be prescribed to treat dermatitis and ear mites. The solution does not stain or leave greasy residue behind. Signs of improvement are usually seen by day 7. Comes in a 15 mL bottle.How it Works

Surolan contains antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal agents, such as miconazole, prednisolone, and polymyxin B. These ingredients all contribute toward treatment of otitis externa (swimmer's ear).

• Not for use in humans.
• Do not administer orally.

Immediately contact your closest emergency animal hospital or vet.

Side Effects

Possible adverse reactions include:

• Deafness
• Reduced hearing
• Topical sensitivity

Other reactions could also occur. Contact your pet's veterinarian if you observe any bothersome or unusual activity or reactions.

Thoroughly examine the external ear canal prior to administering. If the tympanic membranes (eardrums) are ruptured, do not administer.
