Welding gone wrong

Would have loved to enjoy the ease of using this wagon however, the item is defective as part of the basket came welded wrong and threw off the whole thing. We cannot use the locking lever which defeats the purpose of having one. When attempting to exchange for a new one, we were informed that there are no more in stock but we are welcome to return it. Again, defeats the purpose of buying it.

Works well but the charger doesn't charge

Worked well the first day. Unfortunately, the charger that comes with it doesn't recharge the battery, so you're left with a thousand dollar wagon that doesn't move. Superhandy doesn't answer their phones, they have an AI robot to pretend to listen to you which is frustrating and useless.
