Refresh an existing fire pit or build a custom backyard feature with the Sunnydaze Replacement Fire Pit Bowl Insert. This round steel fire pit bowl is designed to fit many standard fire pit stands and DIY fire pit kits. It features a 26-inch outer rim that rests on compatible rings or stands and a 20-inch inner diameter with a 4-inch-deep bowl for wood-burning fires. Lightweight at just 4.4 pounds, it can be used as a replacement bowl or incorporated into a custom fire pit built from fire bricks, retaining wall blocks, or stone. For the best fit, the opening should measure 20-25 inches for existing stands or 20-25.5 inches for DIY installations. Be sure the rim is fully supported before use. Constructed from 0.7 mm alloy steel with a matte black high-temperature finish, the bowl is easy to clean, move, and maintain. To help preserve the finish, allow ashes to cool before emptying, cover the bowl when not in use, and store it in a dry location. If minor surface rust develops, it can be lightly sanded and touched up with high-temperature spray paint. Stand, spark screen, poker, and other accessories are not included.
