Awful experience.

Wrong item given to me on pickup after driving for miles to pick it up. Poor customer service. Employees basically let me know that the wrong shovel they were giving me was it as the correct one was not there. The correct one I order was sitting there with another customer's name on it. Terrible attitude.

These Shovels are the absolute best shovels I have ever had & they cut through snow like butter & can carry over 50lbs of snow without snapping
