Surprisingly effective for ticks
I have a heavily treed 1 acre property, I clear the brush from the front woods for my dog to run and explore. She was coming in with one tick a day, sometimes 3 (never had a flee issue). I left the dog with my son for the night and I used one bottle of this spray and soaked the woods, grass and gravel driveway, covering 100% of the ground. The bottle says once its dried theres no risk to pets. Its been about 2 months and she or I haven't had one tick! I was skeptical but I saw results immediately, but wanted to wait a reasonable amount of time before leaving a review.
It was very easy to apply....I used rubber gloves and a k99 mask (dont think it helped but its all I had on hand). The spray comes out heavy like your water sprayer would and not a fine mist so I wasn't too concerned about breathing it in. The built in spray tip covers nicely....with a wide spread and a good distance makign it easy to aim into the wooded areas without walking in. For the price, even if I find I have to treat the property again, its well worth the $15 per application.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Not for use around cats
It is permethrin which is toxic to cats. If using it make sure your cat is not able to access the area for up to 48 hours. It is effective for fleas however and safe for dogs but cats are another story all togeather
