The rain barrel is sturdy and the plastic is substantial. When filled with water it does not bulge or leak. The stand is great. I can position a watering can under the spigot to fill. I wish the company would also make a drinking water storage container similar to this but with food safe plastic.

We are very happy with this rain barrel! It combines functionality (raised for dispensing and larger capacity than most at 60 gallons) and aesthetics (perfect color and attractive for the front of our home without being all fancy). We installed it just in time for a rain shower, and our potted plants will be happier with rain water rather than city water. Highly recommend!
