The customer will need to have a dock for unloading and either a pallet jack or forklift to unload. If no dock is available, they must have both a forklift AND pallet jack. Forklift and pallet jack must have the ability to move a minimum of 1500 lbs. The customer will have 2 hours to unload from the time the truck arrives at the property.
