WRONG PITCH

A solid 2 star..... because there was no beneficial difference between this whistle and those horrible shrill smaller ones; just a big fat megaphone on an ear-piercing smaller whistle.
Im trying to find a whistle with a LOWER PITCH sound!!

Fair design but it takes a lot of effort

I bought this for my dog because he was getting deaf and I thought he might be able to hear the high frequency. It takes a really hard blow to get to the higher frequencies but I do like the fact the noise is directed away from you unlike other whistles. My dog still didn't hear it though.

Very Little Sound

I bought this product through Amazon and sent the first one back. Now, the second one is just as bad. I could use some help. My dog is getting deaf and I thought by buying a mega whistle, she would be able to hear it. I'm really disappointed because it will be no use in the marsh these days.

Unfortunately, none of our whistles are intended for use on deaf dogs. We would recommend looking at an e-collar for communication with a deaf or hearing impaired dog. If you are not comfortable with static correction many of our products utilize vibration that would allow you to communicate with your dog. We would recommend the SD-425CAMO or similar model for your dog. This item is a great price point, 500 yard range and offers vibration.
