    Years of experience with SportDog at this point. Got a border collie in 2020 and fenced the yard with SportDog invisible fence. I decided to tack the fence down (with yard staples) rather than bury it (too many rocks). It has been a very good solution since that time. 1. being on top of the lawn...there have been a few accidents, but I've been able to repair the line easily 2. Eventually the collar "broke" - didn't acknowledge the barrier and pet wasn't stopped. HOWEVER, this is where SportDog took it to the next level. Their chat feature is a good solution. They respond quickly, helped me troubleshoot, opened a ticket and eventually sent me a replacement (3 years after initial purchase). I highly recommend this product and company.

    Easy fix

    Our remote was no longer connecting to the collar. Customer service was great. We ordered a new battery and we're good to go. The original battery lasted about 3 years being used almost daily.

    First and foremost, thank you to the great customer service reps. Thanks to you and your quality product, we will not buy any other similar products, only sportdog. To whomever may read this, if you don't buy their products, you are wasting your money. Thank you sportdog, you guys are awesome.
