I've been using Sportdog for almost ten years now. Anytime I've had an issue with a product, I have received prompt and exceptionally courteous service. Today was no exception. Receiver died--replacement to be sent. Entire process took less than ten minutes. Honestly, Sportdog's excellent customer service and warranty policies have kept me a happy customer all of these years. (Note, I've only had two issues in ten years, but with a very mischievous birddog, I really need a product I can trust.)

I developed some issues with my receivers and the people at sport dog worked with me to solve the problem. Ended up replacing a receiver after 2 years of use at no charge. That is stand up service!
