Spectracide Grub Stop for Lawns kills grubs and other lawn-destroying insects as listed, including armyworms, cutworms, larvae of billbugs and larvae of Japanese beetles. Apply these granules anytime in the spring or fall to control listed pests all season long. Use as a preventative measure or to control existing infestations on or around lawns, landscapes, ornamental trees and shrubs, flowers and ground covers. This powerful formula also promotes root growth as it protects your lawn. A 9.2-lb bag treats up to 4,000 square feet. These granules are easy to use with a gravity or rotary type spreader. Good Product

Very good quality the granule is easy to use long lasting duration as well as very good results. Not bad odor and helps keep some of these bugs away for a while.

We put the granular on the grass yesterday we used your recommendation for the heaviest concentration. We have more Japanese beetles today than we did yesterday.

Dissolves quickly with water but hard to tell if it’s making a difference

I used a spreader to dispense the granules on a small section of the lawn that had brown patches. The granules dissolves very quickly from watering.
I’m not sure if the unhealthy looking grass is really due to insects or the extreme drought happening in GA.
The brand claims that the granules provides nutritional benefits in addition to the pest control. So even if insects aren’t the culprit, I hope it will make the grass healthier

Easy to appy

I found these granules very easy to spread evenly across the lawn, which made the application process quick and convenient. The instructions were straightforward and the product was simple to use overall. however, it’s difficult for me to tell how much of a difference it made since grub activity can be hard to track directly. I’m hoping it works more as a preventative treatment overtime,but so far the results haven’t been very noticeable for me.
