The SP AIR Tire Buffer is ideal for patchwork, roughing up low areas for recapping, tire scuffing and cleaning tire moldings. A Jacob chuck for holding buffing accessories, this hand piece runs at a low speed of 3,800 RPM. Its rear exhaust directs air away from your work piece while the tire buffer's built-in regulator matches speed to job.
