The DEWALT 3/8 in. Reversible Drill features include a variable-speed trigger with a one-touch forward/reverse button that allows user to easily make a change of direction. An ergonomic rubber handle design with handle air exhaust makes the reversible drill comfortable to wield. This 3/8 in. air drill also offers a quick-change pro keyless chuck and operates at speeds up to 2,100 RPM with a 1/4 in. air inlet. All that is backed by DEWALT's 3-year limited manufacturer's warranty.

    I purchased this 2 days ago, just got it out of the box and the forward/reverse is stuck.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
