SOG 2.8 in. Ultra XR Folding Knife, Carbon/Graphite

I like how lightweight this knife is but expected a better build quality and finish. Blade pivot was initially gritty but eventually smoothed out. Unfortunately, the button/fastener for the cross bolt safety also became loose. This caused the blade to swing freely out of the handle in the closed position. I was able to tighten the fastener but would not expect to have to repair my knife in the first week after purchase and only light use.

Ultra XR is light and strong feels good in the hand

So compact and light you will not have a problem finding space for this great back up.

Bought this knife on a whim. It won’t work for me as a money clip, but can be clipped inside a jacket liner without issue. Feels odd in the hand as it is flat but wide, with a large clip. Great lock
