The Traction is our all-purpose line of solid lockbacks that are lightweight, durable, and affordable. It comes with a satin clip point or tanto blade shape for your preference. Made in a dependable 5Cr13MoV stainless steel, the sharp, straight edge blade cuts easily and quickly. The blade locks open with the proven lockback mechanism to prevent accidental closure while in use. Decent knife, not as robust as I have been used to from SOG but still a solid,well made, albeit lighter duty EDC.

Light weight budget friendly dependable knife

I bought two of these and gave one to my father in law. He has carried his for two years and used it traveling the US full time in an RV. He’s used it for just about everything I can imagine. One time we where fixing a leak in the yard and he was using it to cut roots and water system tubbing in the dirt hits dirt and gravel and it only rolled the edge a bit. I sharpen it maybe a handful of times a year for him and I’m surprised how easy it is for me to get back razor sharp.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Useable Budget Knife

Traction knife is lightweight and sharp ready out of the packaging. My only knock on the folding knife is little too short and does not stay firm along the lip pocket of your clothing. It feels like it's about to squirm out of your pocket!
