Safer than normal stairs

Have 7 dogs under 5 lbs and a pekingese with ridiculously short legs.. The "2 step" stairs leading up and down to the sofa just became too unsafe as the dogs age. Coming down at light speed and hitting the floor resulted in pinched nerves in their necks and limping on front legs. With this they all go up and come down much slower and there's not that big 6.5" drop from the last step to the floor. We are absolutely delighted with the engineering of these. Zippered covers (we bought 2 sets of steps) come off easily and they look just fine in the room.

Great idea, but.....

I have two doxies and this stair/ramp was ideal for their short legs. The only problem is the bottom stair is not sturdy enough to give them the boost they need to start up the ramp. It is flimsy due to being so small. If your dog can bypass the 1st step its great!

I use it as a bed back rest

My bed back rest wedge was too soft and got too hot because it is made of memory fome. I made the back wedge as steps and this as support.
This works as an excellent support! I would suggest this over any one made for the job. No back pains, in fact this actually helps my back because the steps are rounded and act like a massager!

Snoozer pet ramp

I bought the large for my 11 year old shi-pom. She uses it to get on the bed which is about 24-26 from the floor. We had an old plastic set of steps that were narrow and deep and she had a hard time navigating them with her short legs. She can get up and down these with ease. It is also much quieter which is a bonus in the middle of the night.
