The SmartStraps RatchetX Tie Down is a commercial duty tie down used to secure the heaviest loads often hauled on a large trailer or flatbed such as large equipment, larger tractors, and vehicles. The RatchetX Ratchet tie down has a robust, flared out stamped steel handle with a comfortable over-molded, padded Power Grip and release pawl for extra grip and has extra durable stamped steel rails for maximum leverage. It also has high capacity, high visibility commercial duty webbing that is extra long for securing oversized, tall cargo . Includes a securing strap to make it easy to tie off excess webbing or to keep your straps bundled after use. Also includes protective hex caps to help keep ratchet mechanism clean.

Worst straps I've bought

These straps are horrible, the very first time I tried to use them they did not work as expected. The teeth the locks the strap in place are not cut straight, they have a rounded edge on them. This allows the locking plate to slide up and jump back to the next tooth any time there is a reasonable amount of tension
