Poor online order handling

Received pick up email but item hadn't arrived. The store employees called the manager and were told that they probably just made a mistake and marked it as having arrived and they would call me when it came in. After waiting a week with no call I went back and sure enough my item had arrived several days earlier and was sitting in the pick up locker. I haven't used the product yet so can't review it's effectiveness.

Of the 3 bags I ordered 2 where ripped and missing half of product. This didn't happen during shipping as the bags had been taped and placed in box.

No, I do not recommend this product.
