When I picked up my shipment it was all banded up on a pallet. I was missing two boxes of parts and had a box from a different shelter. The shelter was fine once I finally got all the correct pieces but the service from Shelter Logic was terrible. Tractor supply however did very well to correct the problem.

Good quality and easy to assemble.

Satisfied with the quality of the product and assembly was easy. Held back a star because there is no way to roll up and secure the door after unzipping.

Tarp came with a few small but obvious pin holes. I called ShelterLogic and they quickly sent me out some free patches.
