Q: What is true max length of pole saw from handle to end of blade?  I saw 15 feet in description but then saw a length far shorter than that in product description. Hoping someone can clarify

It's a "looks like" tool

I returned it. The 4 cycle engine runs slower so the blade just chews the wood, leaving a nasty cut. Small blade size means few teeth, so it dulled in the first hour (minutes?) of use. Everything is super flimsy - if I tripped over a cut branch and fell with this saw, the gas tank would probably break off. I've never seen cheaper screws - the screwdriver barely engaged the screw slot and the metal was like aluminum foil. I did like the use of non-oiled gas, the length of the pole, and the ability to insert or remove a section of the pole quickly without tools. Started easily every time. It was shipped quickly and all parts were included. For what this saw can do, a battery-powered pole chain saw would be a better purchase. I replaced this saw with an echo 2-cycle. Note: since you're cutting above your head, DO wear a hard hat and full goggles - you'll need them!
