My family is so happy with the way our backyard looks now! The product packaging makes it super easy to treat large areas without adding extra texture. Being a green product gave me peace of mind for its safety and being not reactive on the skin. It has a pleasant scent that dissipates as soon as it dries.

I have an area on my driveway below some large shrubs that continuously gets Moss and mold growing on it. I clean it in the spring and within a couple weeks, it's back. It doesn't come off completely using the power washer and other products & it seems to get more difficult to clean each time. So, I worry it will permanently discolor my newer driveway. That's why I was excited to try this ready to use Moss and mold inhibitor that is also eco-friendly. Since it's still winter here, I had to wait for a day over 45° but then we had a warm stretch and I couldn't wait to get out and try this product. This Stay Clean Ready-to-Use Formula is simple to use. Just shake or stir it well, fill a sprayer, spray until it starts to run off so you know the treatment area is saturated and don't walk on it for 6 to 8 hours. It dries clear and has low vocs, low odor, and is safe around plants, people, and pets. When spraying my test area, I could see it working on the Moss and mold immediately. Since it said not to apply when rain is expected within 24 hours, I waited a couple of days and then did a light rinse just to remove most of the debris so I could get a pic and it looks great. I don't see any Moss or mold left. Even when I power wash that area it doesn't remove all the mold and Moss no matter how many times I go over it, but this product got it all. I can't speak to how long it will last yet as it's only been just over a week but it still looks great. I would have given it one of my ultra rare five-star ratings but didn't feel that was fair not knowing how long the results will last yet. I'm very picky about what I use in my yard and expect a product to do what it claims. So far, this product has met my expectations and has definitely impressed me. If the results last this will become my new go-to as I have a lot of landscape and outdoor areas where I can use it.

This Stay clean was easy to use. I used it on my wood and concrete deck. The wood looked okay afterwards but the concrete looked the best. It didn't take a long time to dry but it wasn't super quick either. The results were smooth and overall nice. No strong odor.

I used this on the stone on my house. I wanted to do the same stone but only part of it. Normally, the dirt, grime, and mildew are back within a week but its been almost 2 weeks and its still beautiful!
