This is amazing stuff little goes a long way. Sure dissolves the dirt and grime on the garage floor. A good stiff brush and a little elbow grease and that yucky stuff came right up.

The Seal Once Stay Clean Ready-to-Use Formula was easy to use and had an instant effect. I used it on the paving stones leading to my outdoor shower, which get a lot of use during warmer months. This product was easy to apply and dried fairly quickly. I could definitely see a difference. I’m excited to see if it seems to repel water the next time it rains.

The seal once stay clean ready to use formula was very easy to use. The hardest part was waiting for the weather to be consistently warm enough (between 45 and 90 degrees f) to use it! We applied this to our stamped concrete patio per instructions. First we power washed the patio to get the dirt and grime of the winter off (before first photo for before). Then we used a garden sprayer to apply a flood coat of the sealant and let it dry. It dries within one hour, and says to wait 6-8 hours before walking on it or replacing furniture. It also says to use when rain is not expected for 24 hours. I will say that it’s not a night and say change or anything. But the patio does look noticeable healthier - a light hydrated looking sheen. It’s too early to tell but it says it will prevent mildew and mold so I am looking forward to that. This is a great product that I plan to keep using for the upkeep of our patio!

This wood sealant was easy to use. I love that I didn’t have to mix a bunch of ingredients and it just took a few quick applications with a brush. It leaves a beautiful shine and made our barstools long lasting throughout all weathers. Highly recommend it!
