Customer Care
We're sorry to read about your disappointment with Scotts Weed Control For Lawns and appreciate your feedback.
When using any weed control, be sure to apply the product when your daytime high temperatures are consistently between 60 to 90°F. For best results, the temperatures should be between 65 and 85°F. Scotts Weed Control For Lawns should be applied to a wet lawn and allowed to stay on the foliage undisturbed for at least 24 hours without rain or water. Since this product is initially absorbed through the weed's foliage, we recommend that the weeds not be mowed for two days both before and after the product application. This product will only kill weeds that are actively growing at the time of application and cannot prevent new weeds from germinating.
We want you to be confident in our products. For this reason, we offer a product guarantee. Customer Care
Hello. We're sorry to read about your disappointment with Scotts Weed Control For Lawns and appreciate your feedback.
To get the best results when making an application of Scotts Weed Control For Lawns, we suggest allowing at least 2-4 weeks for complete control. We also suggest making the application when the temperatures are above 60 but below 90 degrees. Also, the product should be left undisturbed and not watered for 24 hours after application. Lastly, the weeds may temporarily appear healthier and greener after an application of a weed control; the active ingredients trigger uncontrolled plant growth that causes weeds listed on the label to die.
We want you to be confident in our products. For this reason, we offer a product guarantee. If for any reason you, the consumer, are not satisfied with the results after using this product, you are entitled to get your money back. Limitations apply. We are concerned to hear this. When used according to label instructions, Scotts® Weed Control for Lawns does not damage grass. It may damage new lawn and should not be applied until a new lawn has been mowed 3 or more times. While there is a safety factor built into the product, too much product can cause damage.
