It really makes a difference than just having them grow in the sunlight through the window. The plants are not having to reach for light, so they do not get leggy.

I decided to try this light in hopes my plants would start off thriving indoors. Well at first I was unsure if the light was really working or not. Well after a couple weeks I seen my first sprout. This light is not an ideal setup but it worked!!
