Q: Like the fact that it would not take much space in my small run but how does one fill the feeder when inside mounted? Is it convenient to take the feeder out for filling? For outside mounting the wood framing of my coop would prevent a flush mount.

- A: The feeder with an inside mount would be the same as filling any other feeder inside the coop you just lift the top cap off and fill. No need to move or take out of the cage to fill. All the while leaving much more space in your coop for your chickens.5 years agoHelpful?

Good idea bad exection

I lke the thickness and idea of waterer. However putting together is not at all friendly. If you don't have 45 inch arms it is impossible to connect. It took me hours to get the bib on it. When I finally got it the darn nut was crooked and had to reduce. Why wouldn't it been sent already in place. I bought 2 and may just return second one. It's ridiculous.

It is really making my life easier. We used cable ties to hold it outside of the chicken coop, so we can remove it to fill it again and we will avoid getting inside the coop, which is not easy due to the size of it.
