I bought online, went to pick it up last night late, so it was dark and I couldnt see to inspect it. There were 2 tank stuck together and the night manager and someone else decided to pry / hammer them apart with crow bars and sledge hammer. I said dont break it, I can come back. There comment was "Im not making any promises we wont break it". Well that is exactly what they did. cracked the drain from prying on it. I do have video of the 2 doing it as proof. Very un professional and I dont care attitudes. So now I have to take a few hours to drive back to a different store further away to exchange it. I like these troughs it is the Lake Worth store and manager attitude that I am having a problem with. The only other trough they have is also broken at the drain / missing the drain. They tried to tell me that they dont come with a drain plug. WRONG!! This is not a product review but a manager review.
