- A: To take apart the bottom of your Royal Wing 32 oz. Red Balloon Hummingbird Feeder, simply hold the glass balloon (or plastic reservoir) and unscrew the red base in a counterclockwise direction. If it has become stuck from dried nectar, soak the entire base in warm water for 10–15 minutes to loosen the sugar crystals before attempting to unscrew4 months agoHelpful?

All the juice leaks right out of the "flowers" seconds after it is filled. Wasted 2 cups of food. Stay away from this one.
