Side zipper broke after less than 2 years. They were fine before that, after, not so much. Seems like a build quality issue. Probably not buying another pair. First pair I had lasted over 10’years.

I bought these boots 5 years ago. They were good boots for the corrections industry. Better insoles would definitely help.

25+ years in corrections and theses are the only boots I prefer to wear in the work environment. They make some durable hiking boots as well. I’m on about my 12th pair as of my most recent purchase. Depending on my activities , I get an average of 4 years per pair. Usually with heavy use in extreme weather conditions.

I just got these and started wearing them. Fit great. They look awesome. I mean really freaking awesome. I have worn many high boots; Danner, Altama, SV2 Jungle, and these Jump boots look really really good in comparison. Classic refined look. The polished toe and polished back set these apart. They are built reasonably durable, although I would have preferred that the web of the zipper gusset was leather instead of fabric. I am now thinking about blousing my pants around town to show them off and have another pair to use as hard use because these look so friggin awesome. I am sad now I waited so many years to get them.
