Smaller and Too Lightweight

I bought this as an addition to a different brand I already had and could not find. It is pretty and well made. The issue is, although a medium, it is quite small. The pillow is so thin it is not worth much. The bed weighs nothing, and my 3.5# dog easily pushes it around. I wanted to put another pillow in it so keep the beds in place instead of having to keep fixing them all day. This did not do the trick.
