Not happy with this on-line (only) Retriever Round Pet Bed purchase. Picked up at the local store and it wasn’t even in a box! The five care instructions are thorough so I’ll highlight my two concerns and then state the obvious: “Remove outer cover” and Tumble dry – low heat”. There’s a hidden zipper on the bottom for you to remove the inside, separate round cushion prior to washing. There’s also an 8” zipper on the bolster portion which opens to the loose, 100% polyester fiber inside! Herein lies the problem. Why would I want to wash this bed with the fill in it – will it dry? – or out of it – which would require me to remove all of it and then stuff it all back in? There should have been an all-around zipper and the fill contained in a liner like Retriever’s 3-sided Bolster Orthopedic Pet Bed which has the liner in the bolster. I’ve bought two of these; hence, my love of this one but not of this round pet bed. Another gripe I had, but was able to overcome, was that this round pet bed did not lay flat on the floor, i.e. on one side you could see the faux leather textured bolster but on the other just the sleep surface. How’d I do that? Turn it over and “punch” the inside up all around and then flip it back over. This bed will now lay flat. I’ve already cut the tag off which means it cannot be returned. When it needs its first wash, it will probably not go that route but instead be thrown in the trash. Too bad considering its $55.00 price tag.

This is a wonderful dog bed! My 50 lb. puppy fits in it well! I'm disappointed it's no longer available for "ship to store," because I wanted to buy two more!

My dogs LOVE this bed. If one dog gets up, the others race to get the spot. I bought a variety of beds and this one is the favorite.

Purchased this for a rat terrier mix and it’s a big bed, large enough for 2-3 of her friends to join her. They all love it.
